TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and understood my terms of service.
When commissioning, refer to my status, concerning slots and availibility. No need for forms, just send me a message on your preferred choice of contact that is available on my homepage. I'd love to discuss with you!
To secure your slot, payment is due upfront. I accept PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle.
Please do not commission me if you are unsure of your financial situation. I would rather you use your money for your necessities.
As we discuss and your slot is secured, please have some references of your character(s). They do not necessarily have to be a reference sheet, just make sure you are not vague in what you'd like. Any changes can be made at this point in your instructions. Please include your requests such as, alt versions at this time.
If at any point in the commission process you are unresponsive to an update for more than 7 days and have not alerted me ahead of time, I will have to clear your slot and give it to someone else. Though, please let me know if there are extenuating circumstances. Otherwise, you will have to wait until I can give you another slot.
Lastly, I reserve the right to deny any request for any reason.
REFUND POLICY
If you wish to be refunded your money the amount refunded will be based on how much work has been completed at that point. For example, if I have not even sent you a sketch you are eligible for a full refund. With substantial progress on a piece only being eligible for a partial refund.
Once again, emergency situations may be discussed.
